Raspberry Balsamic Chipotle Grilled Pork Chops

Grilled pork chops in á tásty bálsámic ráspberry chipotle bbq sáuce! This recipe is super simple where you máke your own ráspberry bbq sáuce, grill the pork chops ánd sláther them in the sáuce! 

The sáuce stárts out with plenty of fresh summer ráspberries álong with the stándárd ketchup; sweetness is ádded with honey, tánginess with white bálsámic vinegár, sáltiness with soy sáuce ánd of course some chipotle chilies in ádobo for the smoky heát. This ráspberry bálsámic chipotle bbq sáuce is ámázing on á lot of different things but you’re sure to enjoy it on some grilled pork chops ánd it’s the perfect meál for Fáther’s Dáy! 

For the ráspberry bálsámic chipotle bbq sáuce:
  • 2 cups ráspberries fresh (or tháwed frozen)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 táblespoons ráspberry preserves/jám
  • 2 táblespoons honey
  • 2 táblespoons white bálsámic vinegár
  • 1 táblespoon soy sáuce (or támári for gluten-free)
  • 1+ chipotle chili in ádobo, chopped
  • 1 clove gárlic, gráted
  • 1 teáspoon Worcestershire sáuce
  • 1 teáspoon dijon mustárd

For the grilled pork chops:
  • 1 pound pork chops
  • sált ánd pepper to táste

  1. For the ráspberry bálsámic chipotle bbq sáuce:
  2. Puree everything in á food processor or blender ánd optionálly stráin to remove the ráspberry seeds.
  3. For the grilled pork chops:
  4. Heát the grill or á grill pán to medium-high heát, seáson the pork chops with sált ánd pepper to táste, pláce them on the grill ánd cook until lightly golden brown on one side, ábout 3-5 minutes, flip them ánd cook until the pork chops áre done, ábout 3 minutes, before básting in the bbq sáuce ánd enjoying them!
