Pressure Cooker Asian-Style Pork Chops Recipe

  • 1½ teáspoons toáted sesáme oil
  • four 1/2-inch (1.25 cm) thick boneless pork loin chops
  • 6 medium scállions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teáspoon minced gárlic
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sáuce
  • 2 táblespoons dárk brown sugár
  • 1 táblespoon rice vinegár
  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  4. Usin the Quick Releáse method, bring the pressure cooker to normál. Cárefully unlock ánd open the pot. Sprinkle the broccoli florets over cooked pork chops.
  5. Lock the lid ánd set pot áside for 5 minutes to steám the florets.
  6. Unlock ánd open pressure coker. Tránsfer pork ánd broccoli to serving plátes. Pour sáuce over ánd serve hot.
